Who we are

Eliza Ho
Career and leadership coach. Designs the workshop methodology and facilitates the room. Believes career design starts with honest reflection, not a five-year plan.
Shen Nan Wong
Engineer and founder. Builds the digital scaffolding around the workshop and brings a builder's lens to early-career decisions. Co-creates the activities and runs the platform.
